In dedication for the smoke-filled air in Edmonton right now, care-of the forest fires out west in BC. More smokey songs over at The Edmontonian.

In Edmonton this past weekend was the first SOS Fest, or Sounds of Old Strathcona music festival. Basically take the Old Strathcona area of town and get as many local musicians playing in just about every venue available. It was a great time, but there was no way to see it all. Here’s some photos of what I managed to take in.
